Troika Music Festival 2010 Sponsorship
Mission Statement: A group of music-loving volunteers has organized the Troika Music Festival (formerly the Durham Music Festival) yearly since 2002. Each year, the goal is to celebrate Durham’s burgeoning downtown area and the vibrant, independent music scene of the Durham–Chapel Hill–Raleigh area by featuring the area’s brightest musical acts as well as critically acclaimed visiting acts.
Demographic Information: Our attendees range from ages 16-60, but are mostly 18-35. In 2010, we sold more than 200 Festival passes, 2,100 one-day passes and we printed and distributed more than 2,000 programs. We will be printing at least 3000 programs in 2010. We typically run ads in The Independent and SE Performer. We print hundreds of posters every year, and hang them in Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. Our website and blog had over 18,185 visits last year, with almost 14,000 coming from North Carolina alone.
Thank you for considering sponsoring the Troika Music Festival. You are contributing to the vibrant and thriving independent music scene of the Triangle area. We can’t survive without the support of area businesses and individuals.
